Delivery time

Please refer to the respective item for delivery time. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the delivery time for stock items is approximately 1-2 business days from the first business day after receipt of payment.
If you place an order before 1pm, immediately available products are usually shipped the same day. An order placed after 1pm will usually be shipped the following day. There is no shipping on Saturdays.

Shipping

The goods are shipped in the original carton. The shipment by parcel service is made to the curb / front door. We ask for your understanding that it is not possible to specify an exact delivery date for deliveries via parcel services. In addition, deliveries to Packstation and post offices are unfortunately not possible via DPD. Information on the front door or mailbox is often helpful for the parcel service if you are not at home.

Shipment tracking

You will receive an e-mail from us with the shipping information as well as a tracking link to track your package.
In addition, you can also view the shipping information as well as the tracking link under "My Account".

Shipping is "free of charge" within Germany from a gross value of goods of 40€.
