How do I return my goods?
If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return the goods within 30 days*. The costs incurred for the return shipment will be borne by Koffer24**.
The processing of the return shipment can take up to 14 days.
IMPORTANT: If your goods are damaged or have other defects, please contact our customer service by e-mail at mail@koffer24.de, via our contact form or by telephone during our service hours before returning the goods.

Select item - specify reason
In our portal, select the items you would like to return and enter a reason for the return.
Please also check your details and then go one step further.
Create parcel label
Print out the return label and stick it legibly on your parcel.
Packing and shipping
Pack the items properly and take the parcel to the nearest parcel store.
* This right applies exclusively to consumers
** Applies only to Germany using the return label provided by us
Please note: The right of return is excluded for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g. refined car cases).
